I think breakfast is the best meal ever. I love it and I always eat a lot. I wanted to show you a great couple of items that make great meals and follow my criteria!
First I have Kodiak pancake mix….It is a great food packed with fiber and protein. I make a couple of pancakes in the morning and then put sugar-free jam on them or sugar-free syrup. Yummy.
Another favorite is steel cut oatmeal with chopped apple and berries . I add cinnamon and Splenda and top it off with fat-free milk.
